You must indemnify bricks4fun in principal, interest and (legal and attorneys') costs against any claim in this regard.

  • In the event that the systems of bricks4fun, its partners, service providers, suppliers and/or other users or website visitors should suffer damage due to the exchange of computer viruses or other harmful files, you alone have full and unlimited liability towards bricks4fun and you will the latter fully, unlimitedly, in principal, interest and (legal and attorneys') costs against any claim from third parties (including partners, service providers, suppliers and customers/users of bricks4fun who would suffer damage as a result.

  • This website, parts of it and all information and/or content on, connected to and/or generated by the website, including but not limited to all texts, images (e.g. of products), logos, graphics, formulas, video files, sound files, HTML codes, software, databases, the design or any other creation, content or information on or related to the website are the exclusive intellectual property of bricks4fun or its licensors.

  •  In other words, you are prohibited at any time (including before or after termination of the agreement with bricks4fun) from accessing the website (or parts thereof), including all information associated with or generated by the website and/or its content, in any way. to reproduce or communicate to the public without the written and prior permission of bricks4fun or its licensors.     

  • Nothing in these terms of use shall be construed as constituting a transfer or license of or relating to the intellectual property rights of Bricks4fun or its licensors to you. 

  • You acknowledge and accept that the information or content on the website may be subject to protection by (intellectual) property rights of third parties. You declare that you will respect these rights and will indemnify bricks4fun in full, in principal, interest and (legal and attorney's) costs for any infringements of these rights by you.

  • In any case, bricks4fun's liability, both for direct and indirect damage, even in the event of material damage, is limited to the lowest of the following amounts: (i) the amount charged to you as a (possible) customer for the purchase of products via the website, (ii) the compensation received by bricks4fun in the context of the agreement with you for or in connection with the (online) sale of our products and/or (iii) the amount for which Bricks4fun is insured with its civil liability insurer, with the maximum amounts per claim as determined in its relevant civil liability insurance policies.
  • You must fully indemnify bricks4fun in full in principal, interest and (legal or attorney's) costs against any recovery from third parties in connection with or in any way arising from your visit and/or use of this website.

  • For any dispute that may arise regarding (the interpretation or application of) these terms of use or arising from any use of this website, only the courts of East Flanders, department(s) Ghent have jurisdiction.
